Just watched a video of a kid aged about 8 getting a puppy. The video was titled "Parents can't believe child gets so emotional when he gets puppy' (genius title, I know) or it was something along those lines. Now someone is filming the whole thing (I am only assuming it's the mum). The poor kid gets emotional yeh, but he goes in for a hug from the person filming and they are more concerned about getting his crying face on video than actually hugging him. Poor kid is probably emotional cause he just wants a hug and not a phone in his face for a change.
People have to film everything now don't they? No one can live life in the moment because they have to film it. Going to a concert? Film it. Parade? Film it. Kids school play? Film it. Baking at home? Film it. Accident? Film it.
What I want to know is do these people watch these videos back after they share them on FaceBook or is it all simply a big show. Look at me everyone! Look what I'm doing!
Me? I forget to take photos and film stuff my kids do so they will have very little to look back on when they are older. Apart from memories! Will it affect them in adult life? Hell no.
Oh and on another note, have you ever noticed it's the people who post 100 + pics of their family that also post the 'FACEBOOK OWNS YOUR PHOTOS! REPOST THIS TO LEGALLY DECLARE THEY DO NOT OWN YOURS!' posts which are clearly hoaxes?
Am I being unreasonable?
